What do we do three times a day (or more) without fail? That’s right, eat. It’s important to eat right, because the consequences of not eating properly are too great, for both your health and your body. Muscle loss, weak bones, wrinkles, sagging – these are just not so sexy. But, if you eat a diet rich in protein, complex carbs, fruit, veggies, nuts, beans (sadly, does not include milk chocolate) then you’ll be doing yourself a favour, and 10 years from now you’ll thank yourself for looking good as a result.
