Best ways to get rid of a bad mood?

Research shows that the two best ways to lift your spirits is by exercising and listening to music. So, blast up the music and find your gym clothes! =)

“On average, the participants [of the study] performed more than twice as well on a verbal fluency test after listening to music while exercising than they did after exercising without the music.”

Apparently kids who play the piano or play a music instrument are smarter than non-musically inclined students. (And, also, kids who listened to Beethoven when studying or when they were younger were more gifted too – don’t know too much of the validity of that though!)
