Bavatharani’s Ever Giving Foundation was established in order to commemorate the late Bavatharani Mathivasan. She co-founded Bharradhi Arts in 1996 and was the music director for this Tamil musical band.
Help for Love 2012 is one of the many musical fundraising initiatives that Bavatharani’s Ever Giving Foundation has organized for charitable organizations. From 12pm on Sept 21st to 12pm on Sept 23rd, the Bharradhi Arts musical Kalaikovil participated in a 48-hour nonstop musical extravaganza in order to raise funds for the Markham Stouffville Hospital. The event was very successful and the commitment of all those who participated was admirable. The amount of leadership and musical talent that was displayed was definitely one that makes the Tamil community very proud. We hope that more youth will take part in such initiatives where they could not only pursue their own dreams, but also make a positive difference in the lives of others.
