Travellers face ‘virtual’ strip search: Canadians flying to U.S. will choose between body scan or pat-down
OTTAWA–Are you ready for your close-up? If you’re flying to the United States out of major Canadian cities in the coming months and get pointed to a secondary screening, be prepared for a stiff frisking or a graphically revealing body scan.
Well, the good news? It only applies to those over 18, so children will not be subjected to a full body scan.
