The Education and Career Development Council of Canadian Tamil Youth Alliance presents the first fundraiser poetry slam of 2013!
This fundraiser event is to raise money for the HeartBeat Campaign which strives to promote awareness of heart health and disease within the Tamil Community with inter-university workshops and campaigns.
Come out and enjoy a night of poetry, friends, drinks, and food all in one place while supporting a life saving cause!

The Education & Career Development Council will officially be launching ‘The Heartbeat Campaign’ along with the poetry slam happening on Friday February 22 at the ‘Q Space Cafe’ on 382 College St @ 6:30 PM. The poetry slam will be a fundraiser for the campaign which aims to raise awareness of heart disease in the Tamil community. The topic of the poetry slam is: Things Close To The Heart.
