Deborah Rogriguez, a talented writer weaves together the interconnected lives of the men and women who meet and work at a modern coffee shop in the heart of Afghanistan in her first fiction work, A Cup of Friendship. Deborah Rogriguez is also the author of Kabul Beauty School, a memoir of her years teaching and building a modern day beauty salon in Kabul.
