The Arts and Culture Council is calling individuals to assist in the preparations for Thaalam 2013.
Thaalam 2013 is an evening where entertainment, unity, support and effort unite. It serves as a platform to encourage talented dancers of our Tamil Youth Community to perform and display their strengths as dancers and to put on an exhilarating show for the community.
Volunteers for Thaalam 2013 will be partaking in many aspects of the event coordination. Volunteers will work with the event coordinators and assist in tasks such as ticket distribution, program/event coordination, sponsorship, promotions, poster distribution, decorations and designs.
Volunteer Requirements for Thaalam 2012
- Age: 13-30
- Committed, dedicated and hardworking individual
- Attendance and Punctuality at meetings is mandatory
- Represent CTYA in a respectful manner
- Communication, Analytical and Listening skills
We look forward to working with excited and committed volunteers who are passionate in assisting with Thaalam 2013.
Interested individuals are asked to contact the Arts and Culture Council at arts.culture@ctya.org with your First and Last name as well as your contact information (Email/Telephone) by Saturday, January 27, 2013. All volunteers will be invited to attend a mandatory volunteer orientation meeting.
