A young Tamil woman grown up mostly in Canada marries her cousin from Sri Lanka. The different background in which they each were brought up leads to conflict within their relationship. The movie explores equality and rights among woman in the male dominated society. The movie has an artistic tone as the female protagonist is a Bharatha Natya dancer. This is a film that should be viewed by the younger tamil community.
