The next census will take place in May 2011. Starting May 2, 2011, all households in Canada will receive a yellow census package. The 2011 Census is staffing 35,000 jobs across Canada which include Supervisory and non-supervisory jobs in neighbourhoods and communities in all urban and rural areas of the country.
Period of Employment: early March to end of July (start date varies by assignment)
Rate of Pay: $14.72 to $18.04 per hour plus authorized expenses
Hours of Work: flexible, but must commit to at least 20 hours per week
Requirements: must be 18 yars of age or over
