Team Tamileelam played their fourth game of the VIVA Cup Tournament in Erbil, Kurdistan today against team Raetia. Tamileelam played their first game against Raetia, with a score Raetia 1 Tamileelam 0. Today was a historic event for Tamils over the world with Tamileelam F.A. scoring the first goal, bringing home victory with a final score of, Tamileelam 4 Raetia 0!
Today’s match was unbelievable, with the support of Tamils all over the world, Tamileelam F.A. gave it their everything today and scored 4 goals making history today! The excitement of Tamils all around the world is just overwhelming and amazing! Even those who were not soccer fans were glued to their screens, finally understanding what the feeling of having a national team of their own feels like. Congratulations Tamileelam F.A.!
Special Congratulations to Menan Nagulendran from Canada for scoring the historic first goal for Tamileelam, and the subsequent 2 after and to Rosh from London, UK for scoring Goal #4! Menan dedicates his hat-trick to: First goal Maaveerar, second goal to victims of genocide & oppression and third to supporters!!
