Aadukalam 2012 Tamil youth across the world prepare to compete in London!

The Global Tamil Youth League is proud to announce Tamil Youth Organisation-UK as this year’s host of Aadukalam 2012. This much anticipated international dance competition is set to hit the stage on October 6th 2012, at Logan Hall, Central London, UK.
After the success of its debut in Germany last year, this year’s competition has attracted even more dance groups from many countries across the globe. Confirmed countries include Canada, Denmark, Germany, Malaysia, Singapore, Switzerland and United Kingdom, with more countries expected to join.
The chosen theme of Aadukalam 2012 is ‘Freedom’ and all performances will be judged on their presentation of this theme. The judges will be a line-up of professional artists from various genres within the performing arts field.
As this year’s host and winners of Aadukalam 2011, TYO-UK is thrilled and privileged to produce a spectacular and entertaining evening!
“Although all teams will be competing fiercely to win the title of Aadukalam 2012 champions, the true success will be in uniting Tamil youths from countries as far away as Malaysia and Singapore. We hope that this show will continue to grow in strength over the years and unite Tamil youth across the globe!” commented the TYO-UK Arts and Culture Head, Miss Brintha Skanthatheva.
