The Tamil Nation Development (TND) council of CTYA is hosting an orientation and conference for ImagiNATION – Tamileelam Forward on March 24th 2013, at Markham Civic Centre (Canada Room) between 1 pm to 6 pm. ImagiNATION – Tamileelam Forward is an initiative to empower and motivate youth and professionals of varying capacities to unite and envision our nation through development projects.
The conference will highlight various areas of nation development and will serve as an orientation whereby you can meet others and to work on projects that are of interest to you. You can form your teams here, or bring your own team to get more information about the competition. Projects can range from a variety of sectors, including Community Development, Entrepreneurship, Education Systems, Health, and Engineering to mention a few. The council also encourages development projects in Canada as well. This is a friendly challenge, so come out and ignite your engines.

The Tamil Nation Development (TND) council aims to make significant efforts to rebuild and develop the war-stricken nation. This council hopes to implement projects, and provide support to re-establish educational facilities, hospitals, homes and other infrastructures in collaboration with community partners, NGOs and U.N agencies.
