Tamil Youth Organization- Canada along with Canadian Tamil Students’ Associations stand in solidarity with the continuing demonstrations of the Tamil Nadu students. Students across Tamil Nadu have been protesting against the Pro-LLRC based US Resolution and demanding justice for the Eelam Tamils.

Along with our brothers and sisters in Tamil Nadu, we demand:

1. 1)  An independent and international investigation into the crimes of Genocide, Crimes against humanity and War crimes committed by the Government of Sri Lanka.
2. 2)  An internationally monitored referendum to address the political aspiration of the Tamil people.
3. 3)  An interim solution to stop the ongoing Tamil Genocide, Sinhala colonization and militarization of theTamil Homeland.

Canadian Tamil Students will actively stand in solidarity and support them in every initiative. Starting from March 20th 2013 uniting with Tamil Youths worldwide, Canadian Tamil Students will observe the solidarity hunger strike across Canada.
