This harvest festival is one that brings people together in optimism of new opportunities to come. We are celebrating this year with authentic South Indian cuisine, music and games. It will be a colourful evening of exquisite food and dance, and is an excellent opportunity to learn more about our rich culture.

We will start off with a short skit demonstrating traditions in South India. Following dinner there will be cultural games, and a variety of Tamil music so you can show off your dance moves!

Don’t forget to DRESS UP in your fancy Indian clothes :). That’s right ladies – go crazy with your sarees, and gentlemen…get your vetti sattais out :).

This is our first NEW event  and we are anticipating for an AWESOME night …don’t miss out on this opportunity in KINGSTON! Anyone travelling from Toronto/Montreal or long distance, accommodations can be arranged if you let us know ahead of time.
