Many killed
Every one for themselves
we tried
but could not save ourselves
How much could a person bare
All we ask is for is our land
but they don’t seem to care
As one we should walk hand in hand
They should be defeated
For all there brutal and cruel acts
Does anyone know how we were treated?
It’s time to get to know the facts
One by one the world will realize
what had really happened where we lived
and who to criminalize
Whatever happens history could not be changed and life could not be relived
May 2012 will mark the third year remembrance of the Tamil genocide. As part of remembering May Massacre, we as a community take the time to remember the victims massacred and heal together as a community. By continuing to voice our stories, opinions, and facts, we are moving on a path that will enable us to get justice for the lost lives.
