The Markham Toronto Cricket League has been playing softball cricket for almost two decades in the Flemington Park area. Players include all ages, but mostly comprise of those within the 15 to 30 year age bracket. There are currently 34 teams playing. Markham Toronto Cricket League conducts such an awards ceremony to provide encouragement to the players, and is proud to have engaged many youth in cricket.
