Arts and Culture Council of Canadian Tamil Youth Alliance (CTYA) is hosting a film festival to recognize, award, and encourage the talents of our Canadian Tamil film artists. 

We warm-heartedly invite you to take part in our Film Festival events. There are many hidden talents within our community. By showing our support to those who have embraced such opportunities we can definitely inspire more individuals to take further steps to express their talents.
