“Thaalam” the Inter-University/College Dance Competition that rocked the stage at the heart of the Toronto Entertainment District last year is back. That’s right! The Arts and Culture Council of CTYA will be hosting the second annual Thaalam on June 24, 2012. Eight teams will be working day and night to put together the most vibrant, mind-blowing show of 2012. Don’t you want to be a part of this remarkable night?
The Arts and Culture Council of Canadian Tamil Youth Alliance is currently looking for emcees to host the one and only Thaalam 2012. All interested emcees can contact the Arts and Culture Council through email at arts.culture@ctya.org by Monday, June 2, 2012. Please state “Thaalam Emcees” in the subject line of the email and attach details about yourself and past experience in hosting shows if applicable. The Arts and Culture Council will contact all applicants and discuss whether they have been selected as an emcee for Thaalam 2012.
