A Personal Message from MPP Bas Balkissoon
I am pleased to offer my greetings to everyone attending the “Top Talents Awards Gala and Dinner” organized by the Canadian Tamil Youth Alliance on June 18, 2010.
I would like to thank the Canadian Tamil Youth Alliance for their mission in providing Canadian youth of Tamil heritage with a forum to become outstanding leaders and citizens in our society. Building a strong foundation is important; leading to a productive, fulfilling life which not only benefits the individual but our community and our province also.
This evening’s Top Talents Gala will showcase the work of young professionals, artists, athletes and entrepreneurs. I congratulate the youth in their achievements and wish them the best of luck in their future endeavours.
On behalf of the Legislature of Ontario, please accept my best wishes for a successful and memorable celebration.
