Dear Guests,
I would like to extend my most sincere congratulations to all of the dedicated and hardworking young adults. As part of the Canadian Tamil Youth Alliance (CTYA), you have made the Thaalam Inter- University/College Dance Competition possible.
The CTYA has acted as an empowerment tool for youth and allowed them to engage with each other and to emerge as leaders in the community. The Alliance equips Tamil youth with knowledge and skills to become positive contributors both as Canadians and as global citizens.
The Thaalam Inter-University/College Dance Competition is a major accomplishment as numerous, talented individuals have dedicated significant time and effort in the production of this grand event.
I would like to thank the team who created this memorable cultural an artistic experience. This competition and the Alliance as a whole have been an important addition to the multicultural network of the Province of Ontario.
