Today’s Question: Do you prefer to work alone or in a group?
See, this question can be tricky because you don’t know if they are looking for someone who works independently, or a people person. So, the safest bet, go for both.
Possible answers:
I can adapt to any situation. I like working on a team because I can enjoy the creative energy that flows, but I like working alone as well, so I can focus, and materialize the discussions that were derived through group work.
There are benefits to each. I find working on my own allows for reflection, whereas working in a group can stimulate ideas and creativity.
I like to split my time 50/50 because many decisions need to be taken collaboratively; however, I am able to handle the actual individual parts alone.
