Toronto Tamil Basketball Association (TTBA) is the first official basketball league catered towards the Tamil community. The organization has given youth a place to showcase and develop their talent. The sport of Basketball is a popular North American sport, and TTBA allows the youth of the Tamil community to enjoy the sport while providing an opportunity to stay connected to those with similar interests within the community.
The mandate of the organization is to bring young, talented and energetic people together for a united purpose; to educate, engage, and encourage participation. From its birth, the organization has expanded and is working on numerous projects including youth summer basketball camp, women’s basketball association (WTTBA) and beach volleyball (TTBVA)
TTBA seasonal games are played at Stephen Leacock,2450 Birchmount Road, Scarborough, Ontario, M1T 2M5. All fans are welcome to come and watch.
