acknowledge it’s worth
don’t settle for less then you deserve
stand back observe
then voice to be heard
give life to dreams
dream to live
don’t ever forget
but please forgive
turn bad to good
and hate to love
violence to peace
embrace without shove
believe in equality
class free
democracy
freedom of speech
practice what you preach
the right to believe
the choice to succeed
make education a priority
refrain from all discriminatory
from him to her to them to we
we’ll become one – treat and treated equally
